First steps
From the very beginning, my role involved crafting the visual language that would serve as the backdrop for "Pareidolia." Through a series of sketches, I helped establish the artistic direction for the film's funding campaign in Indiegogo, setting the tone for the world that would come to life on screen. Working alongside artists like Dan Grant (VFX artist) and Ignacio Mazuecos (VFX supervisor), I had the opportunity of creating the imagery that would later show in the pages of a pivotal book within the movie. Including some of the scenes such as the morgue or the hand of the entity, this sketches were made keeping in mind some of the grotesque scenes described by the director.

Leonard Baker's research book
Inspired by the concept of Eidolon, the book offers the reader a window into the juxtaposition of scientific exploration and ancient legends. It's this melding of worlds that gives "Pareidolia" its unique depth, captivating audiences with a narrative that bridges the gap between what is known and what lies beyond the veil.
For those who dare to explore the book's pages, hidden gems and Easter eggs await discovery. As a nod to my collaboration with the director, I strategically placed footnotes and references that reflect to our creative partnership. The book itself becomes a treasure trove of both narrative content and personal touches, inviting audiences to engage with the material on multiple levels.
